UPSC Interview<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Candidates who successfully clear the Mains stage of the IAS exam with the required cut-off marks move on to the final stage, which is the Personality Test or Interview round conducted by the UPSC Board Members.<\/p>\n

Those who qualify for this stage will receive an e-summon from the Commission for a face-to-face discussion with the board members.
