ADITI scheme: Acing Development of Innovative Technologies with iDEX (ADITI) scheme.
A corpus of ₹750 crore has been allocated under the ADITI scheme to support start-ups with grants of up to ₹25 crore for research, development, and innovation in defence technology.
The objective is to develop approximately 30 deep-tech critical and strategic technologies between 2023-24 and 2025-26, bridging the gap between modern Armed Forces' requirements and the defence innovation ecosystem.
ADITI has launched 17 challenges across various branches of the armed forces and defence agencies, inviting innovative solutions from start-ups and entrepreneurs.
iDEX-Prime aims to support projects requiring assistance beyond ₹1.5 crore up to ₹10 crore, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the defence sector.
