Every year, the Union Public Service Commission conducts the Civil Services Exam for All India Services and various other Group A services of the Indian Government. These services predominantly entail administrative roles. Aspiring candidates aiming to enter these services must successfully navigate a year-long examination, consisting of the Preliminary exam, Mains exam, and Personality Test.
UPSC conducts Civil Services exam every year in this exam the prelims stage consists of two papers i.e Paper I and Paper II, paper II is referred as CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test). It aims to evaluate candidates for their comprehension, interpersonal skills, communication, logical reasoning, analytical ability, decision-making, problem-solving, basic numeracy, and English language comprehension skills. It is of qualifying nature marks scored in this paper will not be considered for evaluation.
