Recently, the Prime Minister inaugurated the first ‘National Training Conclave’ and highlighted the importance of capacity building, ending silos and enhancing service delivery.

About National Training Conclave:

  • Hosted by: The Capacity Building Commission 
  • Sponsored by: National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – ‘Mission Karmayogi’.
  • Participants: Civil servants from central government departments, state governments, local governments, as well as experts from the private sector.
  • Objective
    • To foster collaboration among civil services training institutes.
    • To strengthen the training infrastructure for civil servants across the country.
  • Vision
    • To improve the governance process and policy implementation in the country through capacity building of civil service.
    • To bring together all Civil Service Training Institutions (CSTIs) in a common setting with the aim to help identify strategies for the ecosystem to build and improve.
