  • Need: Physical and mental well-being is crucial for an individual’s health.
  • Importance of Balanced Nutrition and Healthy Habits: Balanced diet, personal hygiene, and adequate physical exercise are essential, especially during adolescence.
    • Adolescence is a stage of rapid growth, requiring a carefully planned diet.
