Concentration of IIT and IIM Alumni: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Singapore hosts the<\/span><b> largest concentration of IIT and IIM alumni outside India.<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span India&#8217;s &#8220;Look East&#8221; and &#8220;Act East&#8221; Policies<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the 1990s, Singapore has been a critical partner as India developed its regional <\/span><b>&#8220;Look East&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and later <\/span><b>&#8220;Act East&#8221; policies.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Facilitating India-ASEAN Relations: Singapore was instrumental in helping India become a sectoral dialogue partner<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">
