Subsidies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second phase of subsidies for<\/span><b> electric cargo three-wheelers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has been advanced.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Initially scheduled for April 1, 2025, Phase II was <\/span><b>launched early due to the rapid achievement of FY25 targets.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" scheme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The introduction of <\/span><b>E-Vouchers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> simplifies the electric vehicle purchase process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subsidies are provided upfront to reduce the initial cost for buyers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>The scheme covers:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Electric two-wheelers (e-2Ws), Electric three-wheelers (e-3Ws), Electric ambulances, Electric trucks and Other emerging electric vehicles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Incentives for Specific Vehicles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Electric Trucks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><b>Additional incentives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are provided for purchases made after <\/span><b>scrapping old trucks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with eligibility verified through authorised <\/span><b>MoRTH Vehicle Scrapping Centres (RVSFs).<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Support for Charging Infrastructure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Convenience Energy Services Limited (CESL)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is tasked with setting up essential charging infrastructure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Charging stations will be established in <\/span><b>nine major cities:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bengaluru, Pune, and
