i<\/span><b>nternational discussion on AI and environment.<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>IEA will release the Observatory on Energy, AI and Data Centres in 2025.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will <\/span><b>gather the most comprehensive and recent data worldwide on AI\u2019s electricity needs,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in addition to tracking cutting-edge AI applications across the energy sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Coalition for Environmentally Sustainable Artificial Intelligence (AI): It <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aims to <\/span><b>strengthen sustainable AI\u2019s place in the global discussion <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">around Initiative:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is a multi-stakeholder initiative that is<\/span><b> convened by the International Telecommunication Union<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> launching a new thematic pillar on green computing with a dedicated Sustainable AI working group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Current AI: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Current AI will <\/span><b>fund open, accountable, and purpose-driven AI that prioritizes transparency, fairness, and global equity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">
