Entrepreneurship<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aim<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To incentivize and supplement the efforts of the industry in <\/span><b>creating jobs in the organized textile and related sectors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, covering the entire value chain of textiles, <\/span><b>excluding spinning and weaving.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To rationalize the <\/span><b>training programme and course curriculum<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> considering the technological and market demand of the domestic and international economies.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To provide entry level <\/span><b>skilling, upskilling\/ reskilling<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> programme has also been programs\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To i<\/span><b>mprove the productivity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the existing workers in Apparel &#038; Garmenting segments including handloom, handicraft, technical textiles, silk and jute.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Features<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training of Trainers\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dedicated call center with helpline number, mobile app<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Web based Management Information System (MIS)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third party assessment trainees and QR code enabled e-certificate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employment linkage is mandated in the courses under organized textile sector with mandatory placement 70% in entry level &#038;
