(ECI)<\/b><\/a><b> received <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0over <\/span><b>99% complaints and<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> close to 89% of these complaints have been <\/span><b>resolved within 100 minutes.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b>cVIGIL App Revolutionizes Electoral Oversight<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and close to<\/span><b> 3%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the complaints pertain to <\/span><b>defacement of property.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Out of the<\/span><b> 535 complaints received for display of firearms and intimidation, 529 have already been resolved. 1000 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">complaints reported were for campaigning beyond the prohibited period including use of <\/span><b>speakers beyond permitted time.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span Apps built by the Commission to <\/span><b>leverage technology and facilitate voters and political parties.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>A Step Towards Transparency:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The app automatically enables a geo-tagging feature as soon as the user switches on their camera in the cVIGIL to report a violation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means that flying squads could know the precise location of a reported violation, and the image captured by citizens could be <\/span><b>used as evidence in the court of law.<\/b><span
