better-quality jobs due to the regularity of employment and associated social security benefits.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Casual Work:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is linked with relatively poor-quality jobs due to its irregular nature and lower daily earnings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Informal Employment:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The number of jobs in the non-farm employment has been reversed after 2018-19.
