Consistent droughts compound these issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Lack of Industrial Growth<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Unlike western Maharashtra, Marathwada lacks substantial industrial development, leaving residents with limited employment opportunities beyond agriculture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Agricultural Unsustainability:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As agriculture becomes increasingly unsustainable, rural youth in Marathwada have limited options, leading to migration or involvement in aggressive political activism, often financially supported by certain political parties or leaders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Government Job Aspirations:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> With a scarcity of private sector jobs, youth in Marathwada focus on securing government jobs through competitive examinations.
