India China Relation<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Stapled Visa:<\/b> China has in the past issued stapled visas to Indians from Arunachal Pradesh.\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">In July, in the World University Games in Chengdu, stapled visas were issued to three Arunachal wushu athletes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Commander as Torchbearer for Winter Olympics: <\/b>In February last year, Beijing ill-advisedly selected the People\u2019s Liberation Army\u2019s commander involved in the Galwan Valley clash between India China as one of the torchbearers for the Winter Olympics.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Restriction on Travel:<\/b> In this instance, the decision to bar the athletes appears particularly vengeful as visas were not needed to travel for athletes issued digital accreditations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b>Expectations &#038; Bitter Realities between India China:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Expectation of Asian Solidarity:<\/b> The Asian Games are expected to showcase a broader message of Asian solidarity.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bitter Realities and impact on India China relation:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Not Strict actions by Organizers against China: <\/b>Organizers don\u2019t take it as utmost important due to China\u2019s status as both a willing host and strong financial backer of such events.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Supporting by deviating the Statement:<\/b> The acting President of the Olympic Council of Asia remarks to journalists chose not to call out the denial of entry to athletes, instead only saying the matter was being discussed.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Rising Distrust:<\/b> Beyond the Asian Games, the latest Chinese action serves as a reminder of the current distrust in bilateral relations, as well as of the absence of adequate channels of communication to deal with long-persisting issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b>Conclusion &#8211;
