Youngest IFS officer of India distinction goes to Abhay Kumar, a native of Bihar, who cleared UPSC in 2003 to become the youngest IFS officer. Mr Kumar also has the distinction of being one of India’s youngest Ambassador at the age of 38 years when he was appointed as the ambassador of India to Madagascar in 2018
