The UPSC NDA Exam 2025 notification has been released on the official website on December 11, 2024. The application process for UPSC NDA 1 began along with the release of the notification. Eligibility Criteria for NDA 1 2025

The detailed Eligibility Criteria for NDA 1 2025 will be included in the UPSC NDA notification 2025. Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply for NDA 1 2025:

Nationality:

Must be an Indian citizen, a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, intending to settle permanently.

Age Limit:

Candidates must be born between July 2, 2006, and July 1, 2009 (inclusive), which is between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.

Educational Qualification:

  • Army Wing of the National Defence Academy – 12th Class pass or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
  • Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy – 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Physical Standards

Candidates must meet the physical fitness standards set by UPSC, ensuring they are suitable for a career in the armed forces.

UPSC NDA 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for NDA 2025 consists of two main stages: the Written Exam and the SSB Interview. Candidates must pass both stages to receive a provisional appointment. The NDA Selection Process comprises three stages:
