Eligible Beneficiaries under Womaniya Initiative
- Women-led Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs): Enterprises owned or led by women entrepreneurs are eligible to register and sell products on GeM.
- Self-Help Groups (SHGs): Women SHGs engaged in local production and income-generating activities can directly participate in government procurement.
- Women Entrepreneurs from Marginalised Sections (Recent Inclusion): Special focus on inclusion of SC/ST women, rural women, and economically weaker sections to enhance equitable access.

Exercise DUSTLIK
Context: Recently, the Indian Army contingent departed for Uzbekistan to participate in the 7th edition of Exercise DUSTLIK.
About Exercise DUSTLIK
- Exercise DUSTLIK is an annual bilateral military exercise between India and Uzbekistan, conducted alternately in both countries to enhance defence cooperation.
- 2026 Edition: The 7th edition is being held at Gurumsaray Field Training Area, Namangan (Uzbekistan).
- The previous edition (2025) was conducted at Foreign Training Node, Aundh (Pune).
- Participants: The Indian contingent comprises 60 personnel, including 45 troops from the Indian Army (primarily MAHAR Regiment) and 15 personnel from the Indian Air Force
- The Uzbekistan contingent includes around 60 personnel from its Army and Air Force.
- Focus Areas: The exercise focuses on joint operations in semi-mountainous terrain.
