Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the UPSC IFoS Interview Date for 2023 examination on the official website.

Context

Recently, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the interview date of IFoS (Indian Forest Service Examination) on its official website.

About UPSC IFoS Interview Date

On the basis of the results of the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2023 declared by Union Public Service Commission on 12th January, 2024, the Personality Tests (Interviews) of the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2023 will commence w.e.f. Monday, 22.04.2024. 

The Schedule of 362 candidates, indicating their Roll No., Date and Session of Interview from 22.04.2024 to 01.05.2024 is given in the pdf attached with the blog. Reporting time for Forenoon Session is 09:00 Hours and for Afternoon Session is 13:00 Hours. 

The e-Summon Letter of Personality Test (Interviews) of these 362 candidates will be made available shortly, which may be downloaded from the Commission’s Website https://www.upsc.gov.in and https://www.upsconline.in. No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained. 

The candidates appearing for Interview will be granted reimbursement towards travelling expenses restricted only to the Second/Sleeper class train fare (Mail/Express) for appearing in the Interview. In case, the candidates perform their journey by any other mode/class, the same will be dealt with as per S.R.-132 and the Commission’s guidelines, available on the Commission’s website i.e., https://www.upsc.gov.in forms-downloads [Travelling Allowance Form for Candidates]. The candidates have to submit hard copies/ Print out of tickets for inward and outward journeys, showing the details of fare along with the prescribed duly filled in T.A. claim form.
