Refund and Cancellation Policy: for UPSC Offline Centres

At PW-OnlyIAS, we are committed to delivering a superior learning experience to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such situations.

1. Seat Booking (Registration) Amount: ₹11,800

• The seat booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.​

2. Refunds Before Batch Commencement:

• If a student has paid only the seat booking amount of ₹11,800, no refund will be issued.​
• If a student has paid more than ₹11,800, the seat booking amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.​

3. Refunds After Batch Commencement:

• The Registration, Infrastructure, and Study Material fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.​
• Tuition Fee Refunds:
  • Within 30 days from the batch start date: Eligible for a full refund of the tuition fee.​
  • After 30 days from the batch start date: No refund will be provided.​

Additional Guidelines:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address: info@pwonlyias.com.​
• The refund process will be initiated upon receipt of the written request and may take up to 15 business days to complete.​
• Any extra payments made inadvertently will be refunded upon verification, minus any applicable administrative charges.​
• PW-OnlyIAS reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion without prior notice.​
