The UPSC Personality Test (Interview) is conducted by multiple boards, each chaired by a UPSC member or an eminent external expert. These boards assess candidates on various parameters, including personality traits, communication skills, and overall suitability for a career in civil services. The interview aims to evaluate the candidate’s mental caliber, critical powers of assimilation, clear and logical exposition, and balance of judgment.
The Personality Test (PT) scheduled for 2845 candidates, specifying roll numbers, interview dates, and sessions, will run from 7th January 2025 to 17th April 2025. The reporting time for each session is as follows:
