Chairperson	Did you make any friends today and how was the experience? Suppose you are the S.P. in the Vikas Dubey case and how did you act differently? Asked about my educational details and how it is benefiting the packaging industry. What is the future of packaging industries?
Member-01	Explain the prevailing culture of godmen and the godman syndrome. As DM, how to manage the challenges arising due to it. India turkey relations. Key importance of Turkey for India.
Member-02	What is the sociological perspective on reducing family values? Explain the family system in india? Why are political parties silent on climate change issues? Should you consult your spouse in matters of certain critical procurements if you are responsible to look at it.
Member-03	Will you head a committee, which is inspecting the case against you? Define principle of natural justice. What is the concept of an independent director? What are the pros and cons of it? Why is there a problem with it?. Would you prefer to be the DM of mathura? How would you ensure impartiality?
Member-04	How is the e-commerce industry doing? What challenges does packaging industries have? How was the supply chain impacted due covid? What can be done to resolve the challenges in future? How can administration help in the same? Chairman: What is the concept of sunken cost? He then gave me the opportunity to ask/tell them anything I want.
Overall Experience: The interview was more on situation based questions and encouraged to talk more. The board was really cordial and made it comfortable.
