Students can attempt the test anytime between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.The duration of the test will be 2 hours.
For Scholarship on CTR Model based UPSC Foundation Course, offline exam can be attempted at 9 centres mentioned above.However, for scholarship on UPSC Prarambh, the exam can only be attempted in online mode.
No, there is no fee. Anyone can register and attempt the scholarship Test.
