  • If candidates encounter difficulties while downloading their admit cards, they should promptly reach out to the UPSC office for assistance in resolving the download issues.
  • They can seek help from the UPSC’s Facilitation Center if they encounter problems downloading their admit cards. 
  • Candidates have the option to either visit the office in person or contact them via phone at 011-23098543 / 23385271 / 23381125 / 23098591. 
  • If a candidate doesn’t inform the Commission’s Office about not receiving their e-Admit Card at least three days before the exam, they’ll be solely responsible for non-receipt of his/her e- Admit Card.
