UPSC IFS Interview: The UPSC Indian Forest Service (IFS) Interview is the final and most critical stage of the IFS selection process. The UPSC has opened the Detailed Application Form-II (DAF-II) for the IFoS Interview round, from January 20, 2025, to January 27, 2025. It is conducted to assess a candidate’s suitability for the service in terms of personality, aptitude, knowledge, and administrative potential. Candidates who have successfully cleared the Mains exam will now appear for the UPSC IFS Interview, which is the final stage.
The IFS Interview, often referred to as the Personality Test, is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). It carries 300 marks and aims to evaluate the candidate’s intellectual capabilities, decision-making skills, ethical considerations, and suitability for a career in forest management and conservation.
