For Assistant Manager Grade A (RDBS) and Assistant Manager Grade A (Legal):

The required educational qualification depends on the discipline selected by the candidate.

General

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks (55% for eligible reserved categories).
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or PGDM with at least 55% marks (50% for eligible reserved categories).
  • CA, CS, CMA, ICWA, or Ph.D. from a recognised institution.

Chartered Accountant

Candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Company Secretary

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Associate or Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Finance

Eligible qualifications include:

  • BBA (Finance/Banking) or BMS (Finance/Banking).
  • MBA (Finance), MMS (Finance), or PGDM (Finance).
  • Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis.
  • ICAI membership.
  • ICMAI membership.
  • CFA or FRM certification with the required educational qualification.

Computer and Information Technology

Candidates should have any one of the following:

  • B.E. or B.Tech in the prescribed disciplines.
  • Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline.
  • Graduation with the required marks along with DOEACC ‘B’ Level qualification.

NABARD Grade A Marking Scheme
