Chairperson	Tell about your education background and work experience. Why upsc? Suppose you are a RBI governor and state Chief Minister asks your advice about farm loan waiver. What advice would you give? Currently which states do you feel are going in that direction ? (since I mentioned financial unsustainability of waiver). Paddy is being grown at places where it shouldn’t belong. Do we need to diversify our cropping pattern? What about food security?
