Recently, the Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology (CSTT) has launched a unique website which provides technical terms in all 22 official Indian languages.

About Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology (CSTT)

Establishment: In December 1960, under clause (4) of Article 344 of the Constitution of India.
Objective: To evolve and define scientific and technical terms in Hindi and all Indian languages.
Under Aegis Of: Ministry of Education
Headquarters: New Delhi.
Primary Function: Evolve standard terminology, propagate its use and distribute it widely.
Various Key Initiatives:
- To Promote Technical Education are All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE),
- Prime Minister Research Fellowship (PMRF),
- Impacting Research Innovation and Technology (IMPRINT)
- Scheme for Trans-Disciplinary Research for India’s Developing Economy (STRIDE)
- Scheme for Transformational and Advanced Research in Sciences (STARS)
